• Sweldista Professional Scribe - P3,000/year

For Sweldista Corporate Partners:

The Corporate Partner must have at least 1 Employee who is a Sweldista Professional (or Professional Scribe)

• Per Sweldista Professional - P12,000/year
• Per Sweldista Professional Scribe - P18,000/year

For Partners outside the Philippines:

Sweldista is a payroll platform that can be implemented in other countries.

Sweldista Partner Network

The Sweldista Partner Network is a network of Professionals and Corporate Partners responsible for implementing Sweldista Payroll. Sweldista Payroll itself is free but it takes a level of understanding on how to implement Sweldista Payroll on a company. The members of the Sweldista Partner Network can charge for their services in implementing Sweldista Payroll.

• Sweldista Corporate Partner

Sweldista Professional Partner

The Sweldista Professional Partner should be an Independent Accountant or Bookkeeper.

Sweldista Corporate Partner

The Sweldista Corporate Partner is a company licensed to implement, train and perform consultancy services on Sweldista Payroll. The Sweldista Corporate Partner can charge for services on implementing Sweldista Payroll, including training and consultancy.

The Sweldista Corporate Partner can be an Accounting Firm, Payroll Services Firm or Independent Software Vendor.

Categories of Sweldista Professionals

A Sweldista Professional is an individual certified with the skills necessary in implementing Sweldista Payroll.

There are two (2) types of Sweldista Professionals:

• Sweldista Professional
• Sweldista Professional Scribe

Sweldista Professional

The Sweldista Professional is an individual who is a certified implementor, trainor and/or consultant of Sweldista Payroll. The Sweldista Professional (or Corporate Partner) can charge for services on implementing Sweldista Payroll, including training and consultancy.

A Sweldista Professional must know how to:

• manually compute Payroll, including Withholding Tax, SSS, HDMF, PHIC
• manually compute Grosspay, Regular Pay and Supplementary Pay based on different employee pay rates, whether the rate is in Daily, Weekly, Semi-monthly or Monthly form
• manually compute Weekly pay
• manually compute Semi-monthly pay
• manually compute Monthly pay
• install Sweldista Payroll
• create new paysheets for a new company
• create succeeding paysheets of an existing company
• read a Payscript
• trace a Payscript by reading a Paytrace
• write simple Payscript expressions
• modify an existing Payscript to apply a company's payroll policy

Sweldista Professional Scribe

The Sweldista Professional Scribe is a Sweldista Professional with technical expertise in writing Payscripts.

Besides the regular skills of a Sweldista Professional, the Scribe must know how to write complex Sweldista Payscripts, including:

• annualization of withholding tax
• incremental deduction of SSS, HDMF, PHIC within weekly or semi-monthly pay periods of a month
• deducting loans and monitoring loan balances
• applying different kinds of benefits and additional income
• leaves monitoring
• computation of 13th month pay and the like
• and other scriptable complex payroll logic

The Scribe must also know Advanced Payscript wrting:

• Function declarations
• Error handling
• Implicit and Explicit Chain scoping
• Complex Datatypes

To avail of Training and Certification as a Sweldista Professional:

The candidate must be an independent bookkeeper, accountant or similar profession that qualifies as a Sweldista Professional Partner. Alternatively, the candidate must be an employee of an accounting firm, payroll firm or IT company that qualifies as a Sweldista Corporate Partner.

The Sweldista Professional Partner or Sweldista Corporate Partner shall train all other users.
